If you do this, we can split the tab for shipping.
So Brian... with the "range" of adjustability on the jacket you have, are you at the end of that range? And if so, about how much tightening do you think is possible? Enough to get it down to 42? Or even 44?

I'm really interested, but just want to make sure it'll fit.

i really have a bit more growing room in it... it stretches...

it will close down to a 44 or a 42... i have no doubt about that...

the way i am built i am thick through the back/shoulder area but my chest don't protrude out like some guys....

when mary gets home i will take some photos of it on me and show how much adjustment is left... (it will close down quite a bit)....

For those who bought only the B/P, what's your opine? I'm so close to being in on this it's a matter of less than 7 days. ANY info on thes Back protectors would be recieved with MUCH aplomb.

All the Items are Size Large and XL. There really is not much different between those sizes in Back Protectors.
The new Safety Jacket has an offer on it and is considered sold for now.

Group Buy Interest ?!?!

Hi Folks -

I am getting a number of inquiries into this items. We are definately pushing ahead with adding them to Veloce's product line. However, once they are listed and offered through our dealers, they pricing will change (increase) to reflect a fair market value. They won't cost as much as the Alpinestars $229 Bionicc II jacket though. I do however seeing the new one touching the $100+ MSRP.

If there are number of people interested in this item, I can swing a one time group buy before we begin stocking them.

Let me know.

Cheers!

what kind of time frame would you be looking at and would there be other sizes available? I bought a similar product a couple days before you started this thread but my wife is interested in getting some armor but she would need a smaller size.

We are already working on the inventory order and should have something here or in the pipeline in less than 30 days. If anyone needs a specific item, we can just add it to the shipment. There are other sizes available in all products. We just pick the most common sizes for now.

BUMP...

Just wondering if anyone was interested at all? We would have to make a fair sized order for this to make fiscal sense.

Ok, I'll try some pants. I'm 6'3", 180lbs, 36" inseam, skinny ass. What size pants do you recommend?

Dude! 36" inseam? I am 6'3" as well, but only a measly 34" inseam. I would suggest going with the large. Do you want the long pants or the shorts?

If you go with the long, the only thing is the pants may not reach down to your ankles. But don't go for a larger size so it remains snug on you.

I'm interested in the long pants because I want knee protection, my biggest concern is that the armor hits me in the right spot. These are meant to wear under pants right? Shouldn't matter if they come all the way to my ankles as long as the armor lines up with my knees.

Scott - I agree with your points and I believe you will be okay. They also have straps to tighten them in place and since you are wearing them under pants, it won't matter if you show a little ankle . I will PM you.

Nope... I have some in stock, I just figured they might sell out is why I offered the Group Buy, also because we are finally sure which ones we want to carry and are about to get some into inventory.

ok... it is marked a large on the inside.... like i told them there is lots of room in these things.... i am 230 pounds with a 48" chest... my leather icon jacket is a large and fits like a 2nd skin...

more photos will have to wait... mary just hand washed it and soaked it in woolite to take care of a slight "itchy" problem with the threads in the arms...

when its dry i will take some back pictures so you pervs can see my butt...

there is room in this jacket to expand larger than me.. and it wll tighten down quite a bit....

So... I finished a conference call with the factory today. We have made a decision on which of the items we will be carrying and will soon be processing our inventory shipment.

The Group Buy is still on offer if you guys are intersted. This will be an ideal time to inquire about specific sizes, models, etc. I can add then to our shipment.

Cheers!

Okay... so I did get your check and SBeau's as well. Get this, I call the mail guy today and told him I was missing mail from like mid-last month. He checks and then tells me no one had put their hand in there deep enough to realize there was additional mail in the box. WTF ?!?!?!?! Like, they put the mail in there - how could they not check it completely. Like - MORON! Take a peek in and see ?!?! The bloody thing is at eye level. Talk about incompetency !!!!

Keep an eye out for your order.

As far as I can tell, they should fit fine. They are made from CE padding which is not thick. You can wait to get an idea from Sbeau as his are already on their way to him.

Maybe he too will take pics....
