thanks MisterMike. I still want them, so I can upgrade to g&j brakelines. From what I've heard, new lines are an excellent upgrade you can really feel. Plus I can learn to bleed brakes (been reading the threads). Gonna order from g&j soon! Thanks ripper!

Did you get all the info you need from me? If not, PM me and let me know what else you need. Thanks. Still waiting to install my lines.

Hey, do you make cool holders for the REAR line?

My brake lines, currently secured with a ZIP-tie, eagerly await the arrival of the MachMoto brake line holder.

Are the pictures 3D? That might appease us for a little bit.

My new brake lines sure look sweet! (Hanging in the plastic bag on my garage wall for 2 months). But hey, I'm a patient guy in no big hurry. Just don't want to use zipties so I'll wait. And wait. And wait...

There used to be a popular saying (at least in the beer industry) that "It takes longer to be better", so I don't like to rush folks because when people get in a hurry things start getting screwed up.

While I wait patiently...
I'd like to see pics of exactly HOW you people are attaching your lines with zip-ties. It may give me and others ideas of the best way to attach them. I know its not rocket science, but there is no doubt that one person who did his/hers in a way nobody else thought of! Share your zip-tied brake line pictures with the rest of us. Please.

I did a figure-8 around the horizontal headlight bracket and the vertical brake lines with a ZIP-tie. Works good, for now.

I'll see if I can get some pics..... the stupid cell-phone camera may not focus that close.

Am I the only one who likes silver lines?

So far, most of the pics I've seen of brake lines here have been of red or blue or black but not silver. Wassup wit dat? I always liked braided steel lines in cars so I was hoping these would be even more shiney. But they're just silver. Maybe the coating turns them less shiney. But hey, I got them and that's what counts!

They look awesome... hanging in my garage!

Hey hairball, did you get "clear" or "plain" (uncovered)

I think I want the plain, but think I might go with clear as it might clean up easier.

In my experience the Clear covering on the braided lines will end up yellowing if left in the direct sunlight a lot.

Yeah, I'm aware of that too. Mine isn't going to be out in the sun unless I'm riding it.
I suppose it could get really nasty eventually anyway... but then maybe if it gets lookin' real bad I could just cut the clear sleeve off with a razor & have the "plain" version I'm pretty good at indecisiveness.

Hey man, whats the deal with filing a complaint against me with paypal. It was made 100% clear that this was a pre-order and you were the one who chose to make decision to click on the purchase link and complete the transaction. As far as I am concerned you can just wait like everyone else, oh and I will fight your claim. Had you come to me and asked to be refunded I would have gladly done that for you, but you chose to make it a fight and tarnish my name!

well forward to paypal the other 190 posts on here where you plainly tell everyone this is something custom you are having made for them... and this was one a-hole who has no patience or lacked the ability to read the part of the thread where you plainly said it was gonna take some time to get this stuff made..
