Is Shoei Solid Wine Color & 919 Red a Close Match?

I'm about ready to pop for a new Shoei RF-1100 and I'm not sure what color to get. If the wine color is a close match to a red 919, I think I want that. Otherwise, not sure. Maybe black?

Does anybody have a solid wine color Shoei?

i saw one yesterday at cycle gear... if its the same wine color i saw they are a pretty good match....ps if you buy from cycle gear they have a 7 day return policy...

I know this is an old thread but.......

I have a TZ-R in the wine color and an 07 919. It is a very close match. 95% or so......... Although the solid wine color shows every slight scratch and nick.

I just ordered a closeout x-11 for $369 in a red graphic. I believe the graphic will not show slight scratches as much. Also the X-11 is a much better helmet.
